Calphalon is one of Newell Brands’, formerly Newell Rubbermaid, flagship brands producing premium cookware, bake ware and cutlery for consumers around the world. Calphalon is considered by many to be the premier cookware brand of the category. With the foodie culture growing in popularity, many chefs have introduced their own version of cookware, saturating the market.
While working with Calphalon, Mark collaborated with Salesforce vendors and brand partners to strategize and deploy abandon carts email communications. As a common e-Commerce strategy, the emails were developed with the intent of driving subscribers who had abandoned a purchase to revisit their cart to complete a purchase. These strategies would later be apart of an overall Predictive Intelligence implementation and would go on to catapult the brands additional automated emails, including; abandon browse and time to upgrade.
In the process, Mark prepared automated birthday and anniversary series emails for the brand. The email series were intended to help the brand to improve consumer-brand relationships, while also driving engagement for the email channel.
